It is intended for reference by railway arch freeholders, leaseholders, designers, tenants, users, and visitors.

Fieldwork is a collaboration of design, property and planning professionals, to which New-works provides design services. Our collaborators Augurde & Partners and AMR provide strategic property and planning services.
Fieldwork was founded to address the shortage of options available to land-owners outside the property industry looking to work out what to do with their asset.
Traditionally the options have been:
[1] Sell or JV with a developer, which can feel like the opportunity has been reduced to a transaction, or
[2] Find and fund a professional team to develop proposals.
Fieldwork offers a third choice: we explore a site’s potential and - instead of charging up-front fees - share in the risk and reward on sale.
Wellbeing and sustainability are foregrounded. We have found land-owners to be deeply interested in their communities, their legacy and making long lasting, valuable and sustainable change that they can be proud of.
Our comprehensive services include site assessment, potential use analysis, design proposals, planning submission and market preparation.
